Villa Rosada is in fact in Calpe, a very easy 80 Km drive from Alicante airport. Villa Rosada is situated in the Cometa (Les Cometes) area of Calpe. The long sandy beach is 2 Kms away and there are a couple of excellent supermarkets 1,9 Kms from the villa – a couple of minutes in the car, or a 20 minute walk. It is an easy walk, no steep hills!
Villa Rosada has 3 bedrooms (a double and 2 twins). The double bedroom is large and has an en suite bathroom with a bath and separate, walk-in shower. The twin bedrooms share a family shower room.
The lounge is comfortably furnished, has Sat TV with a lot of UK FreeView programmes. There is also PS2 and an iPod docking station. For those who need to “stay in touch” there is WiFi at Villa Rosada.
The well equipped kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar from the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, oven and vitroceramic hob.
Villa Rosada has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the lounge.
Double doors go out from the dining area to the covered terrace. Here you have a purpose built barbecue, and table and chairs where you can enjoy lazy, al fresco meals. The covered terrace is by the private swimming pool, and there are sun beds for everyone around the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is quite private, protected by high hedges on three sides and the villa.
Villa Rosada has ample parking for a couple of cars, and the whole property is fenced and hedged for additional privacy. The gate to the property is electrically operated and there is a speaker/intercom from the gate.
