Villa Montgo Ermita in Javea is a large, 4 bedroom villa for up to 8 people. Available all through the summer season, this is an ideal villa for a large family or group of friends.
The villa is on two floors, with the main entrance and living area on the upper floor, and the private swimming pool and garden below.
Three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms are in the main living area. The fourth bedroom, with an en suite shower room is situated on the lower level of the villa, with a separate external entrance (there is no internal staircase between the upper and lower living areas).
This large villa is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The kitchen is large and includes a dishwasher as well as the usual hob and oven.
There is a spacious lounge/dining area, with a new 42″ TV receiving programmes from the owner’s own satellite dish. Programmes include a number of UK Freeview channels. The lounge area leads out to a glazed sun terrace, also comfortably furnished, and offering magnificent views across the whole of the Javea valley towards the Sierra Bernia in the distance. From the garden you have dramatic views of Mt Montgo.
All the bedrooms in the main living area have efficient ceiling fans as well as shutters that can be closed during the day to keep the rooms cool. The downstairs bedroom has a free-standing fan.
The garden at Villa Montgo Ermita is vast, with lots of wonderful palm trees, fruit trees, cacti and other indigeneous plants and shrubs. There is plenty of room for children to play, with a large flat area perfect for a game of boules or petanc.
There is parking space for at least two cars, and the whole property is fully fenced and gated for added privacy. The swimming pool area is completely private.
